In summary: EVERYTHING (except for the shower design). From Juan at the door to Cody at the front desk to Carlos and Elena at the bar to everyone we had the pleasure of running into...the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! They catered to our every need with a smile and always made sure we were treated like royalty. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was also beautifully decorated (that floor is amazing!), spacious and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were heavenly! The drinks at the bars - both downstairs and in the Water Tower - were masterfully crafted and not over the top pricy...considering New York's standards! We used the hotel gym which was perfect for our weekend needs but if you wanna go more hardcore, the hotel is offering complementary guest passes to a gym nearby. Lastly, how can one review the Williamsburg Hotel without mentioning the Water Tower bar?! It is SPECTACULAR. And I'm not even referring to the view of the Manhattan skyline which is equally spectacular. Great music with a reasonable noise level that welcomes conversations, great drinks...all in all, it's a fabtastic place for a date! We were in town to celebrate our 6th anniversary and boy were we happy we chose the Williamsburg Hotel. Thank you all for making our weekend one to remember forever!

The staff here is incredible. I stayed at the hotel twice in the span of 2-3 weeks on two separate trips. I'd forgotten some clothes in my room on my first trip after checking out, and when I came back again a week later for my second stay, they went above and beyond to track them down for me. I genuinely didn't have a single bad interaction with any of the staff while staying there, and definitely will consider booking again with them on my next visit. The location itself is wonderful. It takes me less than ten minutes to get to the subway stop on foot, which I can take the L train straight to Manhattan. Williamsburg is also coming up in the food scene, so there's a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The hotel is very esthetically pleasing, you can tell they put a lot of work into it’s design from the lobby to the hotel rooms themselves. I was upgraded to a suite and it was really nice! The view was amazing and my favorite part would have to be the bathroom. It looks unreal!! A lot of nightlife and places to eat Around the property as well

We loved the location, restaurant and staff. After a long day we ordered room service and ate dinner on the balcony. French toast and pancakes delicious. The entire staff at the restaurant and throughout the property could not have been more attentive.

The rooms aren't huge but they are comfortable with a view. Our third visit within a year and a half so we thought they might upgrade us a bit but no such luck. Juan was the only worker who remembered us each visit and was genuinely very nice!
